Senior Technical Project Manager (Elemica, Inc. / Wayne, PA) Oversee and facilitate API integration projects, ensuring seamless communication between systems; collaborate with software development teams to align project objectives with technical requirements; manage database-related aspects of projects, ensuring data integrity, security, and efficient performance; collaborate with database administrators and developers to implement effective database solutions; oversee multiple IT projects, ensuring effective coordination and integration; manage project resources, monitor status, and ensure milestones are met; identify, assess, and mitigate project risks related to technical components; escalate technical risks through proper channels for efficient resolution; develop and execute project plans with a focus on technical aspects; create, manage, and maintain technical project documentation, including architecture diagrams and technical specifications; collaborate with Leadership and Product Management to understand technical requirements and project stakeholders; identify opportunities to enhance technical stakeholder satisfaction; build and lead effective project teams with a strong focus on technical collaboration; motivate teams, fostering a collaborative mindset and continuous improvement in technical processes; deliver timely technical project reports and performance dashboards; establish and facilitate regular technical project leadership and team meetings, including Agile ceremonies. Requires Master's in Information Technology and Management or another closely related Information Technology related degree and two years of experience in job offered or in IT position(s) including Senior Applications Engineer. Background in education, training or experience must include demonstrated experience in API integration; strong understanding of database concepts and experience in managing database-related aspects of projects; familiarity with software development processes and demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with development teams; demonstrated ability to solve complex technical challenges and adapt to evolving project requirements; demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple tasks involved in complex projects; demonstrated ability to ensure the team's time aligns with project deadlines; vital skill in identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks, especially during the planning phase. Position can be performed remotely from any location in the U.S.
