Description We are offering a role in the manufacturing industry, located in Wayne, Pennsylvania. The function of this role is a Sales Assistant, where you will be responsible for supporting internal and external sales representatives and partners in achieving sales goals. This role requires a strong presence in the office, attending at least eight times a month, with a focus on building and maintaining relationships with internal and external customers, preparing and processing lease transactions, and communicating with vendors, customers, management, and sales individuals. Responsibilities: Build and maintain relationships with internal and external customers and partners. Prepare and process lease transactions accurately and promptly. Communicate with vendors, customers, management, and sales individuals to address documentation, transactions, policies, etc. Act as primary point of contact by phone and via email with customers and partners. Resolve problems/issues with customers/vendors and coordinate resolution with appropriate internal department. Fund and book transactions in accordance with processing standards and authority. Confirm delivery and acceptance of equipment with vendors/customers. File UCCs, send PMSI letters, initiate lien searches and when necessary obtain subordination agreements. Calculate and validate pricing within established policies/procedures. Participate in, coordinate and/or lead projects within the team and serve as the team's subject matter expert for cross-functional projects. Adhere to compliance policies/procedures and obtain necessary information to clear KYC/CAMS/OFAC etc. requirements. Requirements Demonstrated proficiency in customer service and communication skills Proven sales experience in a manufacturing environment Ability to manage documentation accurately and efficiently Experience in training staff on company policies and procedures Knowledge of policy, compliance, and contract management Strong phone presence and ability to handle vendor inquiries Proficiency in pricing strategies and negotiation Experience with filing systems and managing partner relations Consistent attendance and punctuality Familiarity with loan origination and compliance functions Ability to handle missing invoices and validation plans Proven problem resolution skills Experience working with external customers Ability to liaise effectively with different departments Commitment to drive continuous improvement in sales processes Subject matter expert in the manufacturing industry Experience working with dealers in a manufacturing environment.
