Description As a Collection Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the company's accounts receivable process. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in collections, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. Contacting customers to collect outstanding payments.
Negotiating payment plans and settlements with customers.
Analyzing and reconciling accounts
Resolving customer billing inquiries
Collaborating with other departments to resolve payment issues.
Monitoring and updating customer accounts.
Providing regular reports on collection activities
Requirements
2+ years of collections experience
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Excellent attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving skills.
