QUALIFICATIONS:Excellent communication, influencing, and problem-solving skillsAbility to lead, coach, work in team environment and motivate othersManage multiple assignments/tasks concurrently with the ability to question the priority of workStrong understanding of Design of ExperimentsB.S. degree in Food, Dairy, Meat Science or Chemical Engineering or equivalent; 2-3 years relevant job experienceExperience in the food or consumer products industry preferredProven leadership of commercialization and/or margin enhancement programs across multiple technologies
ROLE:Adhere to quality standards to ensure product quality and Food Safety by following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's), standard operating procedures (SOP's) and specificationsAssist with preparation for Pilot Plant daily production schedule as askedComplete daily assignments to satisfaction of Supervisor or Lead DeveloperDetailed knowledge of all phases of product specific processing conditions including sanitation proceduresAdvise management on equipment, ingredient and material needsAssist training Product Developers and other Innovation Center Scientists on the operation of equipment and equipment safety practices as necessaryIngredient reception and inspectionEquipment disassembly, inspection and evaluationOther duties as assigned About Stefanini Group The Stefanini Group is a global provider of offshore, onshore and near shore outsourcing, IT digital consulting, systems integration, application and strategic staffing services to Fortune 1000 enterprises around the world.
