DescriptionESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Provide support to staff members as needed such as editing and preparing event materials and food/beverage orders.

Manage and mail tickets orders.

Update forms and surveys for all Section events.

Prepare table signs and name badges.

Act in concert with other staff members to execute projects.

Track and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines.

Provide support for Global Leadership Conference.

Main point of contact for all general phone, website, and email inquiries.

Responsible for ordering office supplies, maintaining and purchasing office equipment, and ensuring a professional office appearance.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Associate's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field or 2 years equivalent experience.

Advanced computer skills including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Familiarity with web tools, including meeting software, e-news platforms, social media sites, and other communication tools.

Excellent prooing skills and detail oriented.

Strong written and verbal communications skills.

Highly developed organizational and time management skills.

Manage multiple tasks and project deadlines simultaneously.

Ability to be proactive and take initiative.

Ability to identify and solve problems.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively as a member of a team.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

Ability to work long periods at a computer/desk.

Ability to travel 20%.
