Description We are in search of a Digital Designer who can contribute to our team located in VILLANOVA, Pennsylvania. In this role, you will be expected to deliver high-level design work, focusing on strengthening our brand image. This role will involve close collaboration with our creative brand team and it requires a robust understanding of Figma and other design tools. Responsibilities: Collaborate with the creative brand team to produce high-quality design work Use design tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Dreamweaver, Adobe Flash, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign to create engaging designs Generate a wide range of digital assets including advertisements, banner ads, brochures, and other promotional materials Ensure all designs align with the company's brand awareness guidelines and standards Manage, update and optimize existing artwork to ensure it remains effective and current Maintain a fast-paced work environment, consistently meeting project deadlines Continuously research industry trends to stay updated and incorporate new design elements into work Utilize graphic design skills to create and enhance the brand experience across various digital platforms Collaborate with other team members to ensure designs meet business objectives and add value to the user experience. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity. Requirements Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Digital Designer or related role. Proven expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Dreamweaver, Adobe Flash, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign. Demonstrable experience in creating effective advertisements, artwork, banner ads, brochures, and driving brand awareness. Ability to think creatively and deliver innovative design concepts. Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and web standards. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with an eye for detail. Self-motivated with a strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or related field preferred. Up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies. Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design styles and projects. Ability to work effectively in a team and independently. Excellent problem-solving skills and a love for technical challenges. Proficiency in prototyping tools and graphic design software. Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
