This position will work with HR and business functions to support data analytics and reporting related to compliance, business initiatives, and identification of trends or potential areas of improvement. The Sr. Manager of HR Operations ensures and improves the performance, productivity, efficiency, and profitability of departmental and organizational operations through the provision of effective methods and strategies. This leader is the strategic HR Business partner to the New England Region CFO and the Finance, Supply Chain and Logistics organization. This critical role is responsible for participating in the development of the New England Region goal and objectives, tracking forward progress, and signaling the need for adjustments as trends indicate. This Sr. Manager contributes to the development of the organization's business and people strategies, interpreting and supporting its objectives to align our goals to desired outcome(s). Strong leadership, strategic thinking and expertise in building and improving relationships are essential. The Sr Manager will need to analyze complex situations, make strategic decisions, solve problems and effectively execute in practical situations.Job DescriptionCore Responsibilities

Drive operational excellence and efficiency by iterating processes based on qualitative and quantitative feedback and insights; leverages and improves existing projects and programs.

Recommends new approaches, policies and procedures to maintain efficient and effective services.

Manages direct reports. Ensures compliance with state, local and federal guidelines and policies to protect the business and it's employees.

Effectively use technology to drive meaningful change through real time analytics & data monitoring.

Ensures complex employee, manager or business scenarios are analyzed and effectively communicated to key stakeholders.

Delivers monthly HR/SLT Ops Review material using executive-ready dashboards creating the relevant and appropriate stories of the New England Region HR Strategy.

Create and administer robust Workforce Planning data packages that allow HR Business Partners to quickly and efficiently facilitate WFP sessions.

Facilitate HR staff meetings and HR all-team meetings. Tracks progress to HR goals, objectives, and team learning/growth initiatives. Lead HR initiatives for the New England Region.

Partners with management to ensure strategic HR goals, policies and programs are aligned with business initiatives.

Administers compensation programs and assists in job analysis, job evaluation and performance management to ensure compliance with division guidelines.

Actively monitors and uses metrics and trends to determine where long-range (3-5+ years) process, people, and operational improvement opportunities exist.

Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.

Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
