Provides individualized care to residents according to each resident's care plan.
Lifts, moves, transfers and transports residents.
Assists in maintaining a safe, neat, and clean environment.
Education/Training: Active PA Nurse Aide Certification required.Experience: None required.ADA: Ability to sit, stand, lift, bend, reach, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs.; visual and auditory skills.Compensation and Benefits:Diakon offers a competitive compensation and benefits package for Full-Time and Part-Time employees.
