ResponsibilitiesReporting to the Hospitality Manager, Housekeeping, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging serviceLead and manage the day-to-day operation of the department and ensure service standards are followedPublish and distribute weekly schedule that ensures completion of all duties in each houseEstablish preparedness procedures to plan for and preemptively resolve issues (attendance, work volume)Complete and approve payroll biweeklyAddress client concerns and react quickly, logging and notifying proper departments as requiredConduct regularly scheduled departmental meetingsManage the departmental budget in a fiscally responsible mannerOversee the recruitment and training of all Housekeeping StaffEnforce expectations, standards, discipline, and accountability of StaffProvide support and assistance for duties of departmentEnsure staff is properly supplied to complete all dutiesReport inventory needs to Hospitality ManagerBalance operational, administrative and Staff needsFollow departmental policies and proceduresReport necessary maintenance itemsFollow and enforce all safety and sanitation policiesOther duties as assignedThis is a full-time day shift position.  For a virtual tour of the facility, please visit our website at brookdalerecovery.com.
