Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity in the engineering department for an Administrative Assistant. Based in Pennsylvania, As an Administrative Assistant this role will be integral in ensuring smooth and efficient office operations, assisting students, faculty, and visitors, and keeping the department organized and well-stocked with necessary supplies.Responsibilities: Provide front desk support in the Engineering office, assisting students, faculty, and visitors with their queries Manage the Engineering department's schedules and calendars Coordinate and arrange meetings and events, including reserving spaces and organizing catering Assist with event set-up and clean-up as necessary Send out email reminders for upcoming events to faculty, staff, and students Monitor the office's supply inventory and place orders for general office supplies as well as classroom and lab materials as required Handle invoice processing, receipt management, and credit card charge reconciliation Make reservations for space and organize remote meetings Assist in answering inbound calls, providing excellent customer service, and managing email correspondence Utilize Microsoft Office Suite for data entry, scheduling appointments, and other administrative tasks.Requirements Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook Experience in answering inbound and outbound calls Proven customer service skills Demonstrated ability in data entry Ability to manage email correspondence efficiently Experience in scheduling appointments Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team High attention to detail and accuracy in all work.Please contact Hayley Master at 215.568.4580 and reference Job #03720-0013084385Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
