Machine Operator/Operator in TrainingLocation: Sugar Notch, PAPay: $2.50/hr perfect attendance bonus. Will be given weekly as long as 40 hours are met.Operator in Training: $17 base rate + bonusMachine Operator: $20 - $28 base rate + bonus4 Month Contract to HireShift: Monday – Friday 7am – 3:30pm. Minimal OT. If there’s OT it would be after shift.Job Description: Operate and maintain machinery in the manufacturing process. Including but not limited to, loading machine, operating machine, running program, unloading product, and performing quality checks.
Follow detailed technical drawings of our cabinetry components to produce end products of the highest standard
Effectively and safely control a variety of woodworking machinery including CNC drills, edge banders and glue machines, and a variety of hand tools
Participate in training and mentoring of Trainee Machine Operators
Carry out rigorous quality checks to ensure high-quality standards are always met, reporting any quality issues to management and the QC team
Ability to operate machines, move and remove parts as required for cleaning processes
Adhere to stated policies and procedures regarding health and safety in the workplace
