Full Charge Bookkeeper

Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Full Charge Bookkeeper based in Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania. The successful candidate will primarily be responsible for managing all aspects of our company's financial transactions from fixed payments and variable expenses to bank deposits and budgets. This role is critical in maintaining the financial health and integrity of our company and requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a strong background in bookkeeping.Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) Handle expense management duties, ensuring all expenses are approved and correctly recorded Develop and maintain budgets, providing regular financial reports to assist with budget control Maintain the General Ledger (GL), ensuring all financial records are accurately recorded and kept up-to-date Process payroll for 17 employees, ensuring payments are made accurately and on time Issue checks for various company expenses Perform bank reconciliations to ensure all financial transactions are accounted for and correctly recorded Utilize QuickBooks Online for various bookkeeping tasks, with a view to transitioning to Sage in the future Handle ADP for payroll functions, ensuring all payroll transactions are accurately recorded and processedFor immediate consideration please apply directly to job posting or call 610-882-1600Requirements Skills: Proficiency in Bank Reconciliations Experience with ADP - Payroll Ability to handle Expense ReportsRobert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
