We are seeking Registered Behavior Technician to join our team in our Stroudsburg, PA location.
Position Details
This position manages full cycle recruiting. This role provides ongoing case management and services to ensure long term involvement with foster parents. It oversees, coordinate and conduct recruiting events; identify and build relationships with community groups, etc. that could provide a viable candidate pool. Adheres to, and drive Merakey recruitment best practices including administering interviews with foster parents. Partners with candidates through the background screening and credentialing processes to expedite the process.
Ensures a best-in-class candidate experience and employment brand on behalf of Merakey.
