Grease Room Operator – 2nd shiftScheduled Days – Monday through Friday, with additional days as dictated by production operations.
Abide by all JBS/MOPAC Safety Policies, including appropriate PPE and report any incident or accident to your supervisor immediately
Run the evaporator effectively and efficiently
Maintain tank levels and determine when to switch from UCO to YG if necessary based on sample results
Pull samples from all inbound trucks for testing
Test samples for FFA
Dump all loads of inbound grease
Flush out lines as needed
Move product to work tanks based on sample results
Operate centrifuge
Move product to finished tanks
Continually clean designated work area and dump area
Report any leaks in system in written form to scheduler
Monitor grease fines and empty into dumpster as needed
Communicate to next shift operator
Any other work as required and directed by management
