This requires coordination between multiple parties, attention to detail and the ability to work under deadlines.Responsibilities Include:Review Consumer Loan applications received for completenessEnsure timely input of application information into loan softwareAssemble loan foldersReview Consumer and Home Equity closing packages for completeness and compliance for delivery toLoan Servicing to ensure the new loan is opened accurately in a timely mannerUploading all Home Equity documents and ensuring information is accurately completed in Encompass prior to delivery of documents to Loan ServicingMaintain a log of trailing and missing documents and follow-up on a timely basis with the respective party to ensure all documents are received and the loan files are completeEnsure HMDA data is entered correctly accurately in Encompass on each loanTrack loan closings each month to ensure all documents for each loan are receivedMonitor Team email boxes to ensure all information is received and update in a timely mannerPrepare and mail Adverse Action Letters for Consumer LoansPerform additional duties as assigned including learning duties within the Consumer Department team in order to assist as a back upResponsible for compliance with laws and regulations that apply to this position, including the Univest Code of ConductQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentAbility to work in a fast-paced environment while interacting with branch staff, sales staff, vendors, and customersMust be highly organized, detail oriented and able to work within multiple deadlinesDemonstrated ability to work through and resolve problemsAbility to learn quickly and work with multiple systemsMust possess a positive attitude, strong communication and customer service skillsKnowledge of consumer loan guidelines, regulations and requirements preferredKnowledge of Microsoft Office preferredClick here for Benefit Information - https://www.youtube.com/embed/h1P5KuxFvss#Univest#LI-OnsiteAn Equal Opportunity Employer.
