PDS Tech is looking for skilled electro-mechanical assemblers in Smithfield, PA!Job Title: AssemblerJob Type: Full time; Consultant (6 months)Location: Smithfield, PA 15478Schedule: Monday to Friday; Shifts: First, 7am-330pmPay Rate: $25.76 to $32.33 per hourPosition Responsibilities:Performs routine production assembly operations on structural and mechanical assemblies, sub-assemblies and aircraft systems, equipment and accessories using manual operations.Supports continuous improvement of products and processes by participating in the design, fabrication and testing of new concepts and technologyThe selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location option.Required Skills/Experience:Must have the ability to read, understand, and interpret engineering drawings and specifications (e.g., blueprint/schematic reading, specification, change, design).Must have 1+ years of experience reading and understanding engineering drawings and schematics.Must have 1+ years of experience working with precision measuring tools.Must have 1+ years of experience with fabrication and/or assembly of mechanical or electrical systems utilizing production industry standards.Must have 1+ years of experience with machine shop processes.Pay Details: $25.76 to $32.33 per hourBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
