Retired technician with 30 plus years of experience offering cleaning of condenser coils; inspection of electrical connections and components; replacement of air filers; blow out condensation lines; verify proper operation and note and potential problems. $150.00 for one system; $100.00 for each additional. Maintenace performed by the system not the hour. Coil cleaner and air filters included at no additional charge.
