Drums, PA – Local family is seeking to employ a full–time, year-round Groundskeeper to maintain four private properties in Butler Township.
Key responsibilities of the Groundskeeper include:
Mowing lawns;
Maintain landscaping (weeding, mulching, edging);
Trim hedges and bushes;
Pruning fruit trees;
Maintain gardens through watering, weeding, fertilizing as needed;
Cut fallen trees and branches, stack wood as needed;
Snow plowing and removal;
Pressure-washing;
Some exterior painting;
Running minor errands (picking up supplies at nursery/Agway, filling fuel containers);
General clean-up and orderliness of properties & buildings.
Your Background & Abilities:
Trustworthy, honest & reliable.
Love the outdoors and passion for nature.
Ability to operate power equipment (mowers, utility tractors, weedwhacker, chainsaw, etc).
Physical stamina for outdoor work.
General handyman skills are greatly beneficial.

Valid driver’s license required.

Hours and schedule are flexible to accommodate personal needs.
Ability to work at least 25-30hours per week, up to 40 hours per week (desirable).
