Salad /Appetizer Chef,
Responsible for prepping, everything associated to this station and executing all orders . All salads and appetizers. You would be using a Hobart slicer , deer fryer , broiler and convection oven .
Some commercial kitchen I experience is required .
Shift starts at 1:30 to 9:00-30 off on Sundays and Tuesdays .
