- Kitchen staff are in charge of prepping, preparing, and plating food according to specifications and standards.
- Positive attitude and good work ethic required.
- Pay will be competitive based on experience.
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
Duties:
- Make sure cook stations and prep areas are properly set up, stocked, and meet health/safety standards.
- Prepare, cook, and plate all components of recipes including chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and preparing sauces.
- Report to the executive chef and follow instructions.
- Clean prep areas and tools.
- Stock inventory and supplies.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience in a high-volume commercial kitchen.
- Knowledge of restaurant best practices and cooking methods.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work cooperatively and efficiently on a team.
