Property Inspector Needed! New Jersey and Maryland and Pennsylvania
Our company is been around for 30years!
We are Public Insurance Adjusters. We discover damages, our company represents the property owner to ensure the insurance companies do not underpay the owners. We also inspect properties for damage. You will not climb roof or crawl under buildings. You will walk through property and take pictures of damage and fill out about 20 minutes of paper work.
QUALIFICATION:
1. If you qualify , We will train you but no experience is necessary for this position. No College Degree required.
2. You work around your own schedule, set as many hours you choose to work. Set your own work ethic.
REQUIREMENT:
1. You must: By law you have to be 18+. We prefer those with life experiences. Be dependable. Be trainable,
work independently, unsupervised. Have a positive attitude.
2. You must have a phone, Laptop or desk top computer with internet connection.
3. You must be Willing and Eligible to get licensed as a Public Adjuster.
RESPONSIBLITY:
1. Meet the client in person or Online depending on your own preference.
2. Identifying potential clients.
3. Conducting in person or virtual property inspection.
4. Collecting Images and completing forms regarding damage and forwarding forms to corporate via email.
5. Reviewing Basic policy provisions and recognizing covered damages.
