General Description of Ideal Candidate:The individual who will be the right fit for this position will need to be extremely driven, quick to learn, completely reliable/dependable, highly organized and detail oriented. Ideal candidate should possess basic office skills including, but not limited to computer and internet skills and Microsoft Office Suite knowledge.Additionally, any experience with HR, payroll, Accounts Payable/Receivable and Quickbooks would be a huge advantage.This position will eventually become full-time.Job Description:To learn the business from top to bottom. The end goal is to eventually take over the full-time Office Manager's position upon her retirement. This is a small business with a small office staff, so it is imperative that the employee not be afraid or unwilling to undertake a huge variety of tasks. The Office Manager is the main liaison between the clients and the company owner, as well responsible for managing office staff, and assisting all of the other employees as needed. Some of the tasks that will need to be mastered (other than the Office Manager's tasks)

The Office Manager has final responsibility for everything done in the office. Duties and responsibilities include:
Managing and overseeing office workflow
Payroll
Human Resources
Marketing
Job Leads
Preparation of bids and contracts
Maintaining all insurances (both business and health)
Yearly pricing comparison of all insurances
Coordinating company meetings, parties, etc.
Being available to employees to help resolve any issues
Constant communication with the company owner
