Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Quality Assurance Specialist in Saxonburg, Pennsylvania. This role plays a crucial part in our operations by ensuring the highest level of quality in our products and services. The successful candidate will be responsible for data entry, utilizing various software tools including Microsoft Excel and Adobe, and maintaining a high level of attention to detail and communication within the team.Responsibilities: Conduct quality assurance tests and perform routine inspections. Use Atlassian Jira, Bug Tracking, Database, and Eclipse for defect management and documentation. Utilize EO/IR systems for quality assurance and auditing. Implement AB Testing and automation in the quality assurance process. Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on quality assurance activities. Use Adobe Acrobat and Adobe Analytics for data entry and other tasks. Perform quality assurance tasks using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word. Communicate effectively with team members and other stakeholders about quality assurance processes and results. Identify areas for improvement and propose corrective actions. Ensure all quality assurance activities comply with industry standards and company policies. Requirements Familiarity with Atlassian Jira software Experience in bug tracking and defect management Proficient in database management Knowledge of Eclipse software development environment Understanding of EO/IR systems Experience in AB Testing methodologies Proficiency in auditing processes Knowledge of automation techniques Ability to create and maintain documentation Experience with Adobe Acrobat and Adobe Analytics Ability to perform quality assurance tasks effectively Proficient in data entry tasks Good understanding of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving abilities Attention to detail and high level of accuracy Ability to work in a team as well as individually Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines Willingness to continuously learn and stay updated with industry trends.
