Description As a Project Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the implementation of payment-related products and services for credit unions. Working closely with internal staff, credit unions, and vendors, you'll ensure smooth project execution and ongoing support for various services such as electronic funds transfer, cash services, electronic bill payment, and more.Key Responsibilities:

Initiate and manage new product/service implementations, changes, mergers, conversions, and deconversions.

Provide training and support via telephone and/or video conferencing before, during, and after implementation, ensuring credit unions receive assistance for up to 30 days post-implementation.

Update and maintain all necessary systems and documentation.

Ensure all projects are managed efficiently by maintaining an organized schedule, collecting information, notes, and addressing questions

Participate in meetings, document discussions, and follow up on actionable tasks promptly.

Become proficient in the services you support and stay updated on other tertiary services offered

Manage your schedule effectively to meet project deadlines and provide expert guidance to credit unions and colleagues.

Prioritize quality service delivery to credit unions and colleagues, emphasizing support over volume

Offer assistance to operational teams during project transitions, additional training, or service demonstrations as required.

Requirements

Requirements:

Strong organizational and project management skills.

Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written.

Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.

Familiarity with financial services and regulations is a plus.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
