Description Robert Half is looking to hire an Accounting Clerk for a growing organization. Candidate must have the ability to perform duties such as, matching invoices to purchase orders and/or vouchers, data entry and assisting in the process of Accounts Payable (A/P) and Accounts Receivable (A/R). Assist accounts payable with vendor invoices and disbursement filing and with A/P invoice matching & filing
Support Accounts Receivable: process daily invoices/credit, apply cash receipt, and help with collection of past due balance
Add financial information to journals and ledgers
Accurately code documents with expenditure codes and accounting codes
Resolve discrepancies, and create correction documents if needed, by checking all possible sources of disagreement, recreating likely actions, and identifying the effect on other accounts
Requirements
Excellent data entry skills
Accounts Receivable (AR) experience
Bank Deposit experience
Accounts Payable (AP) experience
Cash Collections experience
Command of Accounts receivables systems
Proven knowledge of Cash Deposits
Ability to multitask and communicate effectively with individuals of all backgrounds
Prior knowledge in Spreadsheet and ERP system
