Job Description
Develops, reviews and maintains product costing.
Assist with auditing physical inventory and cycle count results.
Complete monthly inventory reconciliations from GL to subledger.
Prepare periodic (Daily/Weekly/Monthly) reports and statistical analysis reflecting financial results & other KPIs.
Conduct profit margin analysis.
Conduct variance analysis against budget and forecast.
Assist with calculating & auditing labor and overhead rates.
Prepare actual vs. plan (budget) analysis.
Prepare departmental costing reports.
Prepare other financial analysis related to manufacturing costs, inventory, and expense information.
Assist with annual budgeting activities.
Prepare recurring & cost related journal entries.
Assist with Balance Sheet reconciliations.
Assist with RFQ and other activities across multiple product lines.
Identify cost reduction opportunities.

Bachelors degree in accounting or finance required.
Three to Five (4-6) years of manufacturing cost accounting experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Advanced Excel skills; VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, sumif/s, pivot tables and charts.
Knowledge of budgeting and forecasting techniques as well as proficiency with financial statement analysis and projection.
Background in a Lean Manufacturing Environment preferred. null
