Job Title: EHS ManagerJob DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced EHS Manager with over 5 years of experience in the Environmental, Health, and Safety field. The ideal candidate will have a Certified Safety Professional (CSP) certification and be proficient in the understanding and application of OSHA, EPA, DOT, GMP, DHS, FMCSA, and NFPA regulations. Knowledge of electrical safety and NFPA 70E is preferred.Responsibilities
Utilize resources and skills to support site(s) environmental, health, and safety activities to maintain compliance with government environmental and safety regulations.
Develop, implement, maintain, and improve a variety of Environmental, Occupational Safety, and Health Programs.
Support an Uninterrupted Power Source (UPS) design and installation operation using battery technology as the source of power.
Develop and maintain a training curriculum in accordance with the IEEE Recommended Practice for Personal Qualification for Installation and Maintenance of Stationary Batteries, applicable to company applications.
Provide all EHS training and organize, plan, and execute class training sessions for all employees.
Create consistency of content in training sessions and oversee training in all key areas: battery installation, preventive maintenance, rentals, materials handling, safety, etc.
Coordinate practical training with operations.
Manage and maintain training records and Learning Management System (LMS).
Develop and provide training analytics to evaluate the proper application of the training programs.
Participate in and successfully complete all training as required by the company.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Essential Skills
5+ years experience within the EHS field.
Certified Safety Professional (CSP) certification.
Proficient in understanding and application of OSHA, EPA, DOT, GMP, DHS, FMCSA, and NFPA regulations.
Knowledgeable and proficient in electrical safety and NFPA 70E.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in construction safety.
Proficiency in compliance and health & safety.
DOT experience.

Work EnvironmentThe candidate will be onsite in Ridley, PA, 5 days a week from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. The candidate may be required to travel to other sites in Maryland once a month, with all travel expenses covered by the company. The role reports directly to the Director of Operations and does not have any direct reports.
