- Understand global reporting implications for cross functional solution dependencies across all HCM modules (Core, Performance, Compensation, Absence and Recruiting)
- Develop spec documents for reports, dashboards, data loads
- Build and customize data models
- Build reports, and dashboards in OTBI / BI Publisher
- Create custom reports and dashboards from scratch as well as utilizing out of the box items where possible or as a beginning point for customization.
- Build HCM Spreadsheet Data Loader (HSDL)
