- Supporting Residential Marketing Technology Teams to launch a loyalty & rewards program (soft launch next week), full launch in July. Experience in Loyalty/Rewards helpful.
- Act as Operations Engineer; Operations focused on API Platforms (Postman)
- Looking at metrics and errors
- Working with development team to resolve errors
- Reviewing documentation and internal docs are good as can be
- Kanban daily calls to work through the issues
- AWS, API, Lambda, Akamai environment
- Typically has 3-5 years of high-tech industry and/or IT work experience in product engineering, development and/or support functions.Previous experience running applications at scale with large customer base application support
- SQL for data validation
- Tools: Elasticsearch (Monitoring and Logging) - nice to have
- Coding experience - nice to have
- Catchpoint (synthetic monitoring) - nice to have
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field. Or equivalent work experience.
