We specialize in higher end kitchen and bathroom remodels. 99% of our work is right here in Berks county. We start at 8am and we are off the job by 4:30 on a long day. There is unlimited time off. I just ask that you schedule your time off with enough notice that we can account for your absence.
This is not a position for an apprentice, a helper, or a novice. We pay better than anyone in the county and we demand excellence on the jobsite. Work done clean and efficiently.
We offer a 40 hour week and never work on the weekends. I want my people to be able to enjoy dinner with their family and see their daughter at the school play.
Must be clean and have a valid pa drivers license to work with us. I only keep experts on the team. Everyone starts with a 90 day trial period. I've been in the trenches for 30 years so I know who has what it takes.
