Farm Hand

Our family hog farm is looking to hire a full-time individual to join our farm. We are a 600 sow, farrow to finish operation located in Lenhartsville, PA (Northern Berks county). We produce quality pigs for customers all along the Eastern United States. Job duties would include grain handling, livestock hauling, tractor driving, pig moving, assisting in sales, among other general farm tasks. Person must be capable of driving Class A trucks, CDL is not required for a farming business, only a valid Class C license. Individual must be motivated and reliable, willing to work as a team and on their own. On-farm training will be provided. Pay based on experience. Housing available after proof of reliable work.
