The historic Reinholds Inn at 11 West Main Street in Reinholds, PA currently under new ownership and is looking for PT/FT Line Cooks to join our team. Must be able to work in a fast paced environment during the days, nights and on weekends. The ideal candidate would have at least one year of experience working in a restaurant kitchen and know how to cook on a flattop and work the fryers. Must have reliable transportation.
Responsibilities:
Ensure excellent product quality.
Prepare all food iteams to order and in timely fashion.
Communicates with team and management regarding food iteams and orders.
Proper maintenance of all kitchen equiptment.
Minimize waste of product.
Keeping work area and tools properly clean.
Physical Demands:
Must be able to frequently stand, walk, bend, squat, and reach shoulder level.
Must be comfortable working in an environment with exposure to hot temperatures.
Must be able to lift/carry 50 lbs.
