DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Job Description: In this role, the Nurse will conduct clinical evaluations, clinical consultation/supervision, and clinical client reviews and oversee medication administrationSchedule Details: As Needed; All Shifts (Weekend Availability)Location: Berks County Crisis Residential; West Reading, PAProgram: Crisis ResponsePay Rate: $32/hour for LPN, $35/hour, RNJob Functions:
Complete Nursing Assessments within 24 hours of resident admission and other documentation to support service delivery.
Oversee medication administration/medication monitoring according to best care practices
Complete training as assigned by the supervisor
Maintain professional licensure and, when applicable, specialized certification in the designated state(s).
Ability to triage medical concerns as they arise, providing direction to the homes.Minimum Requirements:
Education: Graduate from an accredited school of nursingExperience: One year of direct nursing experience or previous experience working in direct care services in the behavioral healthcare field PREFERREDLicensure/Certifications: LPN Accepted, RN PreferredRequired Clearances: Pennsylvania Child Abuse, Criminal and fingerprint-based federal criminal history; Verification that employee is not on any Medicaid/Medicare Exclusion listCompensation Package: Chimes-Holcomb offers a generous benefits package to all employees who work a minimum of 30 hours per week.
