To maintain equipment in an uncompromising state of readiness, regarding all GMP, safety and professional quality standards, and to inspect, maintain, repair, rebuild and modify as directed any/all equipment, facility or facility ancillary equipment.
Repair first - replace if necessary - any part causing breakdown in machinery in plant facilities.
Troubleshoot recurring breakdowns for prevention and recommend procedure changes.
Utilize any/all testing equipment or diagnostic skills to determine root cause of problems.
Instruct equipment operators as needed to prevent machine or system damage.
Perform preventive maintenance to keep equipment in sound working condition.
Assist with facility repairs and maintenance as needed.
Maintain thorough documentation of all work performed utilizing maintenance management software.
Support machine setups and changeovers as needed.
Maintain clean and safe work area at all times and follow Good Manufacturing Practices
Qualified candidates should have at least 4 years of industrial maintenance experience.
Must be able to troubleshoot, repair and replace hydraulic and pneumatic experience.
In-house aptitude test required.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Min. of 5 years experience in an industrial maintenance environment.
High school diploma or GED required; formal technical training preferred.
Excellent mechanical aptitude.
Must pass in-house mechanical aptitude test(s).
