Quality Assurance Manager

Description Robert Half Talent Solutions is offering an exciting opportunity for a Quality Assurance Manager to join our client's team in QUAKERTOWN, Pennsylvania. In this role, you will be entrusted with the management and support of AS9100 processes and procedures, including monitoring and ensuring quality across our operations. If not, for immediate consideration, please apply or call Warren Knight at 484-214-2624Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the AS9100 processes and procedures, ensuring compliance across all operations. Handle the installation, configuration, and maintenance of the Laboratory Information System (LIMS). Oversee the inspection of raw materials, including the approval and release for production use. Manage and maintain vendor certification and governance procedures under guidance from management. Address Quality Concerns, with a focus on internal issues, by logging, reporting, updating, and following up on any corrective action requirements. Support contract review for the Quality Systems Specialist, including the direct review of customer purchase orders. Maintain customer specifications, quality clauses, and terms and conditions. Manage the maintenance of Test Standards and support the Technical Department in creating new standards when needed. Oversee the management of measuring and monitoring equipment across the organization. Lead and manage the internal audit process, including acting as the lead auditor. Handle customer complaints and corrective action systems, including root cause analysis and customer communication. Support third-party and customer audit processes. Participate in shipping certification processes, including reviewing final packets and signing off when complete. Lead various improvement projects to streamline quality processes and reduce errors.Requirements Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role as a Quality Assurance Manager Must have a strong understanding and practical experience with AS9100 Proficient in Lean Manufacturing techniques and principles Must demonstrate strong leadership and team management abilities Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail Solid understanding of quality control standards and methodologies Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with team members and stakeholders Strong knowledge of data analysis and statistical methods Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
