Working with the Store Manager, the Lead will:
Leadteam to deliver exceptional customer experiences
Merchandise/displayproductsto drive average order value (AOV)
Maintainintegrity of computer systems
Protectretail team and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment
Maintainstability and reputation of the store and company by complying with legal requirements
Qualified candidates will have:
Retail experience
Experience delivering exceptional customer experience
Experience leading and coaching others
Auto restoration experience or willingness to learn
Comfortable working with computers and systems

base pay plus incentives
schedule will be within 7am-7pm weekdays and 8am-6pm on weekends
