Job Description:
BarKos Express LLC is seeking experienced and motivated Owner-Operators to partner with our company. As an Owner-Operator, you will have the freedom to run your business while benefiting from consistent freight, competitive rates (88% of total gross revenue off each load), and dedicated support. Responsibilities:
Transport freight safely and efficiently using your own truck.
Plan and execute deliveries while meeting customer timelines.
Maintain compliance with DOT and company regulations.
Manage operational costs such as fuel, maintenance, and tolls.
Keep your truck in top condition to ensure safety and reliability.
Maintain accurate logs of miles, loads, and delivery details.
Communicate professionally with dispatchers and customers.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of truck driving experience.
Valid CDL Class A license with a clean driving record.
Ownership of a reliable commercial truck that meets safety and performance standards.
Strong understanding of DOT regulations and freight handling.
Entrepreneurial mindset with strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and handle long hauls.
