This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis unless a deadline is otherwise stated.Job Responsibilities:Hours: 5 days x 8 hours , Monday - Friday, 40 hour work weekDaily inspecting equipment before and after use to ensure it is in good working orderManeuver equipment in successive movements across work areas in order to move rocks, vegetation and topsoil and to spread and level terrainCleaning equipment after use and extraction from the mechanism any scraps and wasteCompleting minor repair work as neededQualifications & Experience:Be at least 18+ years of ageCurrent/Active CDLOSHA Certification Certification or a willingness to obtain itAssessing the ground conditions,Digging trenches,Assembling pipes and laying pipes in accordance with city ordinates.You may also be required to remove old piping systems, seal joins, and install auxiliary lines.Ability to stand, bend, kneel and walk for extended periods throughout the dayAbility to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodationPrior experience in the commercial field preferredPrior experience using as a heavy equipment operator on recycler, tractor, roller, dozer, dump truck or excavator requiredBenefits:In addition to monetary compensation, we offer a competitive benefits package which includes 401k, medical, dental, vision, life and AD&D, short-term disability, critical illness, accident and hospital indemnity.
