Job Overview:
Perform emergency and scheduled handyman repairs for our professional clients
Responsibilities and Duties
Acknowledge incoming work-orders within 10 minutes
Navigate by GPS to job locations
Sign-in and out of jobs with required paperwork
Communicate with on-site personnel in a professional manner
Diagnose problems accurately
Make necessary repairs
Communicate promptly with your supervisor as requested per job
Take before and after photos of work area and of all parts used
Inform Service Team Manager of parts and equipment used on each job
Fill out appropriate paperwork for each job
Dress as per company policy
Qualifications:
Valid driver’s license
Drug free
Ability to send/receive texts and emails
Ability to complete required tasks
