Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Seeking Team Leaders, Agents. The Team Leaders will be responsible for managing and leading a team of agents, providing training and support, and ensuring an elevated level of customer service. Agents will be responsible for prospecting new clients, guiding clients through the buying and selling process, and maintaining relationships with clients. Will consider part time agents who demonstrate an eagerness to become successful in real estate.
Qualifications
New York State Real Estate license for our New York office or Brooklyn Office, PA License Real Estate License for East Stroudsburg office.
Leadership and management skills
Experience in customer service and sales
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or related field is preferred.
Experience in Real Estate is preferred.
