i received a subpoena today 6/16/25 from a 13 year old case to testify on friday 6/20/25
i want to prepare a motion to quash or what object ever its called based on 1 did not give me reasonable time to prepare / reasonable notice/ i have a special needs son and a nursing exam on that same date this would cause me a hardshipi also have no potential information for the case i need this asap along with the mation i assume some case law should be stated or court rules on service or whatever
