We are looking to hire a person with experience using weed eaters / lawn mowers / riding lawn tractors .
Must have knowledge in maintaining these kinds of equipment / basic repairs / fueling them in order to maintain optimal running performance during use & after maintenance care of such equipment . Other jobs will include powerwashing various outdoor areas , painting , use of hands tools such as shovels & rakes back pack blower ETC . . . Carpenter skills & basic knowledge of home repairs is prefered :
The role of the person we would like to hire would be to maintain our two properties , around the entire perimeter .
There will be work also during the winter months , but on a limited basis .
