WAIT STAFF - JOB DESCRIPTION
Professional and friendly (Even in tough situations)
Team player and Effective communication skills with guests and staff
Quick thinking and Basic math skills
Great attention to detail
Work with other servers and cooks to be a team player
Greet guests, make them feel comfortable, and take beverage/food orders
Learn menu items and be able to describe them appropriately to guests.
Deliver beverages and food in a timely manner
Check-in with guests to ensure that everything is going well
Clear dirty dishes from table and refill beverages throughout the meal
Deliver guest's bill and thank them for dining at the restaurant
DISHWASHER - JOB DESCRIPTION
Sort and rinse dirty dishes, glass, tableware and other cooking utensils and place them in racks to send through dish machine
Sort and stack clean dishes. Carry clean dishes to cooks line and other proper storage areas. Rewash soiled dishes before delivering
Wash pots, pans and trays by hand
Remove trash and garbage to dumpster
Clean and roll/unroll mats
Sweep/mop floors
Sweep up trash around exterior of restaurant and garbage dumpster
Conduct general restaurant and restroom cleaning as directed
Wipe up any spills to ensure kitchen floors remain dry
Other duties as directed
KITCHEN ASSISTANT - JOB DESCRIPTION
Vegetable Processing (wash/cut/package)
Meat processing (clean/cut/pound)
Cooking stations (soups/sauces/stocks)
Knife Skills / Basic Culinary Work Place Knowledge
Skills that include shucking oysters and clams are a huge plus
Must have experience working in a fast paced kitchen environment
Must be able to focus, listen, learn and take direction from chef
Must be hard working and able to lift 30lbs+
Maintain cleanliness of work area, assist with the tasks around facility as necessary
Food safety classes are great as well (Please mention them)
