CREW MEMBER/SHIFTLEAD
Crew Members are responsible for exceeding guest expectation day-in and day-out.
Responsibilities Include:
Team Environment - Work in a team environment to deliver exceptional guest service. Communicate effectively with fellow team members and treat all coworkers with respect. Accountable for their responsibilities on their shift. Adhere to schedule and arrive ready to work on time.
Guest Satisfaction - Hold guests service as the highest priority. Respond to guest requests and resolve problems with a sense of urgency. Adhere to Brand standards and deliver guest orders accurately. Maintain a clean and neat workstation and perform tasks as directed. Prepare all products following appropriate recipes and procedures. Follow all procedures related to cash, cleanliness, food safety, and restaurant safety and security.
Qualifications:
Skills
Must be able to fluently speak/read English-Capable of counting money and making change
Able to operate restaurant equipment (minimum age requirements may apply)
Able to work night shifts and early morning shifts (minimum age requirements may apply)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $9 - $12.00 per hour
