Responsibilities Include:
Cutting and preparing meat according to customer specifications
Serving at the deli counter, helping customers choose meats and handling special orders
Managing phone inquiries and providing assistance over the phone
Qualifications Needed:
Previous experience as a butcher(Willing to train the right Apprentice)
Strong customer interaction skills for deli counter service
Proficient meat cutting techniques
Capable of working independently and efficiently
Good communication abilities
Strong knowledge of cooking techniques
Compensation:
Hourly wage will be determined based on your experience level, discussed during the interview.
