Job Description
A day in the life…- Runs capability as a strategic focus area: Brings focused domain expertise and holistic ownership of an end-to-end capability. Partners with stakeholders across the organization to establish a 12-18 month vision for the capability as well as short term strategy and execution needs.
- Owns business priorities for the capability and defines business requirements to be market competitive and operationally successful with close collaboration with internal sales/solutions marketing team.
- Works closely with cross-functional teams and various stakeholders, including service delivery, solutions marketing, engineering, experience/application owners, etc. to understand strengths and opportunities for capability improvement.
- Aligns and partners closely with Experience Owners to ensure consistent experiences; provide early line of sight into capabilities roadmap to ensure we are evolving to meet current and future needs
- Partners with external 3rd parties to create integrated, comprehensive clinical capabilities to serve members.
- Develops, owns and executes capabilities roadmap that includes experience and technology needs as well as organizational and process changes, responsible for innovation and end-to-end success of capabilities.
- Establishes and monitors Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the capability: service delivery quality, outcomes, gross margin impacts; uses data analysis to improve capabilities. Identifies and escalates data anomalies as needed.
- Works with service delivery, experience owners and engineering leads to develop capability hypotheses and test experiments to maximize capability KPI success. Translates feedback from service delivery counterparts into well-defined business requirements
- Participates in executive level cadence and meetings with leadership team where appropriate
Qualifications
What we are looking for…- 8+ years of product or process management experience
- Proven track record of delivering data driven solutions with a customer-first mindset
- Deep domain level expertise, i.e., Clinical, Partnerships, etc.
- Background or experience in the healthcare industry or closely related field is preferred
- Experience working with industry 3rd party partners on collaborative projects
- Strong data and analytics background
- Strong written and oral communication and presentation skills
- Self-starter with ability to lead projects and build new experience from the ground up independently
- Attention to detail, including proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously
- Ability to think strategically, and execute methodically
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where continuous innovation is a must
- Demonstrated ability to use hard data to back up assumptions and develop business cases
- Willingness to roll up your sleeves and do whatever is necessary; general manager / owner mentality
