Accounts Receivable Clerk

Description We are in search of a meticulous and reliable Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team in Plymouth Meeting, Pennsylvania. This role involves processing payroll, managing accounts receivable, and invoicing. It provides an opportunity to work in a dynamic industry and contribute to our team's success.Responsibilities: Processing weekly payroll using specific software platforms. Providing weekly payroll registers and labor distribution summaries to the Controller. Preparing monthly benefit reports for two unions. Recording all customer payments into the ERP system. Identifying payment errors and resolving them with customers. Contacting customers regarding overdue invoices to resolve and ensure payment. Submitting customer invoices using various customer portals. Data Entry of payroll information. Utilizing skills in account reconciliation, billing, cash applications, and cash collections. Applying knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP in performing daily tasks.
