Description We are offering a unique opportunity for a Supply Chain Manager to join our team in PITTSTON, Pennsylvania. This role is crucial in the logistics and manufacturing industry, managing all aspects of our supply chain, from procurement to transportation, to ensure that our operations run smoothly and efficiently.Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive logistics and supply chain strategies to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery. Utilize ERP solutions to manage the flow of goods, information, and other resources between the point of origin and the point of consumption. Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and customer service, to integrate logistics with business systems and processes. Implement '3M' and 'Eaton' methodologies to enhance supply chain efficiency and productivity. Oversee the handling of materials and inventory, ensuring proper storage, control, and dispatch. Manage 'CapEx' for procurement of capital and durable non-capital items. Monitor and forecast upcoming levels of demand and make necessary adjustments. Analyze and resolve issues in logistics, including transportation, customer service, and systems IT. Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and ISO requirements in all supply chain processes. Maintain a high level of customer service, ensuring all needs are met in a timely and cost-effective manner. Requirements Proven experience as a Supply Chain Manager or similar managerial role Proficiency in 3M, CapEx, Eaton, and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning Familiarity with ERP Solutions and About Time software Strong customer service skills and experience in a customer-facing role Experience in logistics and understanding of logistics processes Prior experience in a manufacturing environment Knowledge of materials handling and related procedures Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain detail oriented relationships Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
