Looking for somebody to create a Website

I am a Psychiatrist and I really need some help. I realized that I'm not getting any new patients. I reached out to a friend of mine to see if he could find my Website. He wasn't able to. The person I paid to create and manage my Website has literally disappeared. I had used him for over 5 years. His Website is websitehosting-usa.com. However, his Website is gone. My Website was hosted by stackcp. Unfortunately, I had a stroke and do not have use of my left arm, making it very difficult for me to create a Website. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!
