We are an 11 time national award winning custom deck builder looking for additional skilled staff. We are hiring everything from general labor to elite crew leaders and elite sub crews. All positions require taking a high level of pride in your work as well as your process. We are not interested in the people who built Noah’s ark but do not have pictures of the process. Here are the main bullet points of what we are looking for
1- You must have a valid drivers license and your own vehicle
2- You must be able to pass random drug and alcohol tests
3- You are require to have your own basic hand tools
4- You are required to have verifiable references of previous employment
5- You are required to be honest and trustworthy thought the entire process
6- We are only looking for long term applicants that are interested in building a career.
7. We are looking for applicants that are motivated and driven to improve their lives .
The general labor positions require that you have experience on actual construction sites working outside.
The skilled helper positions require that you be able to run decking and other aspects of construction
The skilled carpenter positions require that you pretty much be able to build a deck start to finish with minimal assistance.
The crew leader positions require that you have significant verifiable proof that you are highly experienced in building upscale projects as the leader of the crew.
The sub contractor positions require that you have significant verifiable experience building upscale deck and patio roof projects.
We are ONLY looking for skilled applicants who take their work seriously, we WILL pay better than anyone for skilled productive applicants. All positions will require that you interview in person and have proof of your previous experience. We are hiring ASAP.
